Community Meeting #4 for John & Summit Park

Wednesday, September 10, 2008 7-8:30PM Seattle Parks and Recreation invites you and your family to a presentation of the preferred concept for the new John & Summit Park. This .21-acre parcel is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of East John Street and Summit Avenue East. Parks held three public meetings to get community input on the design of this park. Landscape architects from Mithun and the Parks project manager have incorporated feedback from the community and Parks managers to arrive at the preferred concept. The 2000 Pro Parks Levy provides funding for planning, design, and construction of this neighborhood park. We encourage you to come see the new concept and share your feedback.
