What is the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce? In 2006, a broadly representative group of neighborhood stake holders joined hands with the City of Seattle to create a framework for public and private investments to revitalize Broadway and Capitol Hill. Early in the following year these stakeholders incorporated the new Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce (CHCC) to spearhead economic, business and community development. In June 2007 the Board hired Executive Director, Jack Hilovsky and Program Manager, Jessica Norouzi to help administer your Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce.
